About Crisp Charts
Crisp Charts is a small kitchen reference site built around one idea: the numbers matter more than the prose. Cooking times, temperatures, and safe internal temperatures — written down once, in a form you can print and stick on the fridge.
What we publish
- Cooking time and temperature charts for air fryers, ovens, and slow cookers
- Printable one-page references you can keep in a drawer or on the fridge
- Plain answers to the questions that come up while cooking, not essays around them
How the numbers are made
Every chart on this site is built the same way:
- Times are tested ranges, not single values. Air fryer models differ in wattage, basket size and element distance, so a single number would be false precision.
- Safety temperatures come from published food-safety guidance, including the USDA safe minimum internal temperature table. Where guidance and habit disagree, guidance wins.
- Every chart carries the same warning, because it is true every time: a thermometer is the only way to know that food is done.
We do not publish a temperature we would not use in our own kitchen.
What this site is not
It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. It cannot see your appliance, your altitude, or your ingredients. It is a starting point that saves you the first failed attempt — nothing more.
How the site is funded
This site is reader-supported through advertising and, in some articles, affiliate links. Affiliate links never change what you pay, and they never change a recommendation. See our Disclaimer for the full disclosure.

Questions, corrections, or a time that is simply wrong for your machine — please write to contact@crispcharts.me. Corrections to a chart are the most useful message we can get.

Always verify doneness with an instant-read thermometer. Cooking times are starting points and vary by appliance model, wattage and basket size.
